As Head of Service for Specialist Employment, within The Education People, Alicia strategically leads on supporting those with disabilities to move into sustainable employment and with employers both national and local to Kent to employ people with disabilities to access a wider talent pool.

Alicia continues to shape strategic positive outcomes for clients with disabilities at a national level with the Department for Education, the NHS and the Department of Work and Pensions, as well as working locally at a senior level within Kent County Council. Her service currently holds both Team of the Year 2018 and Practitioner of The Year 2018 awards as judged by The British Association for Supported Employment (BASE).
