A specialism is supported internships, in which young people in work placements learn the job unpaid and prove their qualities, becoming valued, paid employees wherever possible.
Since 2013, Matt has led the company through investment in delivering education, developing supported employment services, rebranding and achieving 30% turnover growth.
80% of Kent’s adults are in work, but only 53% of disabled people get the same chance to boost Kent’s economy with their skills.
