As one of the largest further education and training providers in the South East, we offer an extensive range of learning and training services. Whether you want to train for work, gain an academic qualification or learn new skills, MidKent College will be able to help you do it. What’s more, you can study at the level that suits you best – from total beginner to advanced learner. Most of our courses also have a heavy vocational element to them, giving our students the vital skills employers are looking for to give them that all-important step on to or up the career ladder.

MidKent College has been providing top quality education and training in Kent for more than 100 years. We’re well known, well respected and have good links with employers, local authorities and industrial, commercial and educational organisations throughout the county.

From our two centres in Gillingham and Maidstone in Kent, we’re well placed to offer learning right in the heart of the county. Our sparkling £86 million Medway Campus in Gillingham – which opened in September 2009 – boasts some of the best vocational training facilities in the country as well as its own fine dining restaurant, travel agency and hair and beauty salon. The Maidstone Campus on the Oakwood Park complex has undergone a major redevelopment costing a total of £23m showcasing state-of-the-art workshops and new student social zones.

“It is an honour to be invited back for another year to participate in KEiBA 2017. The standard and variety of Start-ups we judge last year were astonishing and inspiring. As enterprise is very much part of our ethos here at MidKent College this is a category close to our heart. We look forward to meeting all the exciting new start-ups and wonderful people associated with KEiBA”.
