KEiBA 2015 deadline extended

Ambitious and aspiring companies still have time to enter the prestigious Kent Excellence in Business Awards after the deadline for entries was extended.

The cut off for KEiBA applications has been pushed back to 6 March, meaning there is still a chance for enterprises new and old, large and small, to make their mark and grab the recognition they deserve.

The new deadline gives those who haven’t finished their application in time – and those who hadn’t got round to it yet – a last chance.

Seven years after it was founded, the Kent Excellence in Business Awards goes from strength to strength with 15 categories in 2015.

Mark Dance, KCC Cabinet member for Economic Development, said: “The chance is still there to be a part of the ongoing story of KEiBA success – and win some of the kudos that comes with the scheme.

“The recognition that comes with winning a KEiBA should not be underestimated. Young entrepreneurs, established businesses and small enterprises all have something to showcase and I know the judges look forward to seeing everything that Kent businesses have to offer.”

The awards show the passion, accomplishment and dedication of Kent’s entrepreneurs and business leaders. There is a lot to feel good about and this year’s awards will be a marvellous opportunity to celebrate the excellence in Kent business.

Geoff Miles, Chairman of Judges for 2015, said: “The passion for success that exists in Kent and Medway businesses really come through in KEiBA, it’s like a lens that allows the county’s dedication to excellence to be seen more clearly. This is a great chance to say: ‘Kent business means quality. We can stand up and be counted.’”

Richard Elliot, managing director of the KM Media Group, said: “Awards are one of the most powerful and cost-effective marketing tools. A prestigious KEiBA win helps organisations to stand out from the crowd, it boost staff morale, sends a positive message to your existing customers and helps attract new ones”.

Entering KEiBA 2015 will help raise the profile of your organisation and enhance its reputation by promoting the great work carried out, while at the same time providing a platform to celebrate success. KEiBA awards are free to enter and open to any business or organisation based and operating in the Kent and Medway area.
