Supportive Material
You may be requested to provide information to support your entry. You do not need to provide any supporting material as part of your initial entry.
General Guidance
Initially prepare your responses using a word processor application (such as Microsoft Word).
Summarise your answers into bullet points where possible
Before copying and pasting your responses into the form, use a spell-checker and check the grammar
Answers must focus on the improvements made within your business particularly over the last 12-24 months
Before submitting, do a final read through and spelling/grammar check.
We also recommend highlighting your completed form (click and drag your mouse) and copying (CNTL + C) the information into a word processor application document (CNTL + V) in order to save a copy of your submission, just in case you encounter a technical difficulty.
Please also do this if you are using the save and continue feature.
